Jim was extremely detail-oriented and had a great sense of what was in demand in the market, and what was not. He brought in some great contractors to tweak certain aspects of the house to grab buyer’s attention. Communication is probably his strongest attribute. Whether it was responding at all hours to our questions or following up with realtors showing the house, he always kept us informed. Jim is extremely aggressive and has the instinct required to sell homes. We would use Jim for our next sale in a heartbeat.
